REAL.

What Makes Us Human? Let's find out.

I've spent years teaching people to use AI without losing their human selves in the middle of it. Everyone's distracted. Nothing breaks through anymore. So we're driving out there to say it to people's faces.

Me, Diana, and our little guy Luke. An RV, sixty days, every stage and campfire between Colorado and Tennessee. And every talk is free.

Colorado → Tennessee · Aug–Oct 2026 · America's 250th Year
The Story

I wrote a book about friction.
Then we decided to live it.

The book is called F* Your Friction. If you don't like the title, read the book, it'll help you reconcile that. It's about fighting back against the systems stealing your time and your money. And somewhere in the middle of writing it, we looked around at our own life and figured it was time to practice what I preach.

So here's the plan. Everything we own goes into storage in Tennessee. Our next oldest is eighteen and headed off to Montana State this fall. And me, my wife Diana, and our little guy Luke, he's four, are getting in an RV in Colorado and taking the long way home. Sixty days of back roads, small towns, campgrounds, and cities. (Yes, sixty days in an RV with a four-year-old. We know exactly what we signed up for. That's half the show.)

Along the way, I'm doing what I've done for three decades on 4,000 stages, except now there's a campfire behind me. Free talks about AI and the human element. Destination Marketing Organizations, the VISIT INDY and VISIT DENVER and VISIT MUSIC CITY crowd. Companies. Conferences. Chambers. Anywhere people will put me on a stage, I'll get on it. And nobody on this route pays a dime for the keynote.

Maybe folks buy some books. Maybe somebody hires us afterward. Doesn't matter. We're going to spread the word, camp, laugh, and have a good damn time doing it.

Tennessee is my roots. This is a family going home the long way, and inviting the whole country to ride along.

The Message

Time to get real.

Real about friction. Real about AI. And real about the passion that's gone quiet in a lot of good people. That's the talk, and it's the same fire whether I'm in a ballroom or a campground.

01 · The Fight

F* Your Friction

The systems stealing your time and your money, and how to take both back. Friction will eat two years of your life if you let it. I wrote the map. Now we're out driving the proof.

02 · The Build

The Avatar

AI with a memory and a soul. Cities that greet you in their own voice. Real wisdom, from real lived experience, that never gets lost. I won't just talk about it, I'll build one live, on stage, in front of you, at every stop.

03 · The Point

Amplify with AI

Here's what everyone gets backwards: AI isn't missing more data, it's missing you. Your wisdom, your lived experience, your applied knowledge, the skills of being human. That's what makes AI truly useful. Feed it something real, a life actually lived, and it becomes powerful. That's why we're going to live one, out on the open road.

The Why

You already feel it.

Everything is one click now, and somehow nobody feels heard. You've felt it. I watch whole rooms feel it.

The research just confirms what your gut already knows: technology removed the friction and took the human with it. And look where people are running to get it back:

52MHouseholds camped last year
75%Call the campground their "third place," where real community happens
60%Say the campfire itself is why they book the trip
250America's birthday. The year to remember what made her: humans

People are going back to the fire, back to each other. The camping world is calling 2026 the Open Road Era, and they're right. So instead of waiting for people to come find me, we're heading out to where they already are. And I'm bringing the one thing nobody else is handing out: a way to use AI that makes you more human, not less. Amplify, not automate.

The Road

What happens out there

Free keynotes, city after city. This tour only.

Destination Marketing Organizations, companies, and conferences on the route get the full talk, the one that usually runs $35K+, for free. You put me on a stage, I'll take care of the room. Fair warning though: when the RV parks in Tennessee in October, the fee comes back with it.

An avatar at every stop

Everywhere we go, I build a guide, live. Every city, campground, and company on the route can get its own AI avatar, voice and soul included. Your town, greeting the world in its own voice, built in front of the room while I'm there. I've already done it for one of America's great cities, and the CEO's phone lit up the next morning from a national conference.

Campfire conversations, recorded nightly

Real people, real fires, real talk about what we keep and what we hand to the machines. This is the show, documented every single day.

The ultimate camping & RV avatar, built mile by mile

Riding shotgun in My HIVE AI is the big one: an avatar trained on the road itself. Every campground, every ranger tip, every wrong turn and hidden gem across sixty days becomes its memory. By Tennessee, it's the definitive AI companion for RV life, built where RV life actually happens, not in an office. The human drives, the AI amplifies.

The book, everywhere

F* Your Friction, signed at every stop, old-school back-of-the-room table, for everyone done losing two years of their life to systems built to slow them down. And if you'd like a copy for every seat at your event, we'd appreciate it, and your people will thank you for it.

The Receipts

I've done this before.
Just never with a campfire.

"AI isn't about doing things faster, it's about doing things better. I cannot believe what I learned in two hours."

"It's not the tool itself, it's HOW you use it. Hours upon hours of work can now be done in minutes so I have more time to think, review and prepare. And the whole LinkedIn demonstration was mind blowing!"

This is Amplify with AI, live. Real lived experience feeding the machine, and the machine handing it back to every human who rides along.

Your Move

The RV leaves in August.

What makes us human? We're going to go find out, for real. With you or without you, we're driving. But it's a lot more fun with you.

Diana's driving. I'm talking. Luke's in charge of snacks.
