From his first commercial for ITT Technical College to work with brands including Walmart, Enterprise, Volkswagen, AT&T, Ford, Caesars Palace and Kmart, Mitch has spent more than three decades performing in front of the camera.
Along the way he trained in Meisner acting at the Baron Brown Acting Studio in Los Angeles and improvisation at Second City in Chicago. Today that combination carries into commercial work, film, industrial videos, branded content, corporate productions, character roles and on-camera performance.

His background includes live awards-show hosting, scripted and unscripted television, teleprompter delivery, reporting, producing, interviewing and live event coverage. Decades later, he still brings the same thing to the camera: presence without feeling overly produced.

From creating Comedy You Can Dance To at Chicago's Excalibur and bringing that audience-first performance style to Universal Studios Orlando, to today's conferences, corporate events, launches and live stages, audience interaction has been the through-line of Mitch's career.
He has performed and emceed for crowds approaching 25,000 and worked alongside acts including Jimmy Buffett, The Beach Boys, Ziggy Marley, N'SYNC and Britney Spears. Today he brings those same crowd instincts into conferences, awards shows, festivals, corporate experiences and major live events.

Improv + Decision Heist™
From training at Second City and building an audience-interactive comedy format that ultimately ran for roughly two decades, to today's Decision Heist™ and Imprompting™, Mitch has never treated improvisation as simply a comedy exercise.
Now he puts that experience onstage with AI. Three audience volunteers meet their new boss, an AI, and what follows is a live, unscripted collision of comedy, hierarchy, expertise, judgment, collaboration and the human element. The audience does not simply watch the experience. They help create it.

From his earliest corporate stages more than two decades ago to today's performance-forward keynotes and interactive experiences, Mitch has always approached the keynote stage more like a live show than a lecture.
He has delivered more than 2,000 corporate conference, keynote and training presentations, hosted more than 500 events, presented internationally and appeared on the TED stage. Today that evolution includes experiences such as Decision Heist™, combining ideas, comedy, storytelling, improvisation, live interaction, music and audience participation.

Where the Improv
Instincts Started.
Second City improvisation training. Chicago nightlife. Sketch comedy. Crowd work. Interactive performance. Long before audience engagement became a business term, Mitch was building entire shows around it.
At Excalibur in Chicago, he created and produced Comedy You Can Dance To, an audience-interactive musical comedy format that ultimately ran for approximately two decades. He performed, produced, toured the concept, trained other comedy entertainers and created sketch-style on-camera segments as part of the live experience.
From Live Entertainment
to the Lens.
The live work expanded into theme parks, television, commercial acting, hosting, producing and formal acting study.
At Universal Studios Orlando, Mitch served as Entertainment Director, show producer and main emcee, producing live entertainment while developing show elements for Mardi Gras, CityWalk and concert programming.
In Los Angeles, he studied Meisner acting at the Baron Brown Acting Studio and continued building an on-camera career across commercials, television, live awards productions and hosting. His broadcast work later included several years as a WOWtv host, reporter and producer, adding interviewing, teleprompter, live television and production experience to the performance foundation.
Then the Rooms

Mitch became the person organizations brought in when the room needed more than announcements. He worked as a live emcee, entertainer, audience warm-up performer and interactive host, performing alongside national acts including Jimmy Buffett, The Beach Boys, Ziggy Marley, N'SYNC and Britney Spears.
Those same performance instincts moved into conferences, corporate stages, award productions, launches and major live experiences. Across the career, that work has now grown to more than 2,000 events hosted and more than 4,000 presentations.

Decision Heist puts audience volunteers onstage with AI as part of the cast. Imprompting combines live improv, audience participation and artificial intelligence. New technology. Same obsession with human reaction, timing and what happens when nobody knows exactly what comes next.
