Why Mitch
Presence isn’t a slide. It’s a skill you can train.
Mitch has spent three decades learning what makes a room lean in, and what makes it check out. He trained as an actor in the Meisner technique and as an improviser at Second City. He has stood in front of rooms more than 4,000 times, from Universal Studios to the biggest corporate stages, and he spent 15 years building leaders in learning and development.
Now he puts all of it to work for the person who has to walk out there next.
